Fried beef with oats to solve wet weather

1. Soak oats and rice in warm water for more than half a day in advance;

2. Cut beef into small grains, mix with cooking wine, oil consumption and raw soy sauce, marinate for 15 minutes;

3. Heat the pot, put a little oil, wait for the oil to heat, put in the marinated beef granules;

4. Stir fry until the beef changes color, and put in the soaked oats;

Tips:

1. Oats and rice are hard and need to be soaked in advance, otherwise they are not easy to fry;
