Dried tofu with Shanghai green vegetables

1. Shanghai green cut off the root, break it off, wash it, blanch it in the boiling water, take out the drained water and cool it;

2. Cut Shanghai green into small cubes, and then hold to remove water;

3. Cut the dried tofu into small dices about the size of Shanghai green, cut the shallots and red peppers into small circles, and then mix them;

4. Mix it with soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil. Pour it on the vegetables and mix well.
