Three yellow chicken with sesame oil

The most important ingredients of this dish are sesame oil, rice wine (cooking wine) and soy sauce. These three seasonings play an important role in this dish. Please prepare these three seasonings and follow me step by step to make this classic dish!

1. Wash the onion, peel off the skin, cut into large pieces, cut the shallot into 1cm long segments, wash the ginger and slice, peel the garlic and cut into thick slices, and cut the red pepper into oblique segments for standby.

2. Wash Sanhuang chicken and cut into pieces.
