Practice:
1. Clean the lettuce, boil a pot of boiling water, put the lettuce into the pot, dip the lettuce into the boiling water with chopsticks, pour a little salad oil, put a little salt, cover the pot cover, and boil in high heat;
2. After the water is boiled again, turn off the fire immediately and take out the lettuce, drain the water and put it in the dish;
3. Put the mushrooms into the boiled lettuce water. After boiling, turn off the fire and take out the mushrooms. Clean them;
4. Hot pot, put a little salad oil, put oyster sauce;
5. Add mushrooms and a little water;
6. Boil over low heat, stir fry for several times;
7. Put mushrooms and oyster sauce together and pour over lettuce;
8. When eating, mix lettuce and oyster sauce with chopsticks before eating.
