Laver and spinach for beauty and delicious vegetable roll

This self-made sushi can be called Chinese wind vegetable sushi. It doesn't use sushi rice and so on. In the whole process, only spinach and laver are used. It's really delicious and beautiful.

1. Wash spinach and blanch in boiling water for half a minute.

2. Porphyra on bamboo slices, spinach on Porphyra rolled up, cut into sections.

3. Stir ginger powder, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil evenly, pour them on the roll and serve.
