Lotus root new way to make a delicious lotus root ball

I remember that I mentioned to you in the previous articles that lotus root is the top one in the autumn except for the number one in autumn dryness. Today, I have changed the way of lotus root to share a new pattern with you.

1. Peel the lotus root, soak it in clear water, and wash it with warm water (with warm water, the sludge hidden in the empty lotus root is easier to be removed).

2. Wash the lotus root, rub it with a planer knife and add the minced pork.

3. Add salt, soy sauce, white pepper and raw powder (the amount of corn starch depends on the water content of lotus root. It is recommended to buy older lotus root, which has relatively small water content but little impact on the taste).

4. After mixing, spray sesame oil and mix evenly.

5. Make small balls with both hands, put them into a plate and steam them in a steamer (I use the beautiful steaming cube microwave oven, about 25 minutes).
