This is the latest way to eat leftover rice. I use the leftover fat pork. It's really fat meat, but it's delicious.
1. Dice lard and scallion. Put 1 / 2 of the fat oil in the clear water, put the diced meat in the pot, and refine it in a small fire. After the water is boiled dry, the lard gradually seeps out, and the oil residue is yellow, then turn off the fire.
2. Put the oil residue out for use, and leave a proper amount of lard according to your preference.
3. Then, add old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, fish sauce, boil over low heat, boil for a moment, then turn off the heat, and pour into the onion bowl.
4. Mix the oil residue and soy sauce with rice while it is hot.
