Fairy bean curd, smooth and astringent

Why does immortal tofu have a light astringency? Immortal tofu is made of immortal leaves, with tea flavor and light astringency.

Practice:

1. After opening the bag of fairy tofu, soak it in water and wash it for 2-3 times to control the water content.

2. Heat the oil and stir fry the ginger. Pour in the tofu and stir fry. Add in the red kidney bean, a small amount of chili sauce, tomato juice, salt and mushroom essence. Stir well and then you can get out of the pot. Finally, sprinkle the coriander.
