I saw persimmons on the street yesterday, so I wanted to eat my own persimmon cakes, so I bought some back. Today, I want to share the practice with you. This is a necessary snack in autumn. Remember to pick the soft persimmon and grind it into mud with a spoon.


1. Remove the skin of the fresh persimmon and grind it into the mud. Add the persimmon mud into the flour and stir with chopsticks.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes.

3. Grab a piece of dough (about 30g), press it into the shape of a round cake by hand, and use a spoon to fill the bean paste.

4. Drag the crust with one hand, and push it up slowly with your thumb and forefinger until it is closed.

5. Flatten by hand and fry in a pan on both sides until golden.
