This practice can be said to be a brave attempt. I never thought of cooking tofu skin and shredded meat together before, but the effect was unexpected. It's really good. I also added some edible fungus, which is also very beautiful in color.
1. Remove and wash the black fungus hair, stir fry it with boiling water, and remove the water. Cut the dried tofu into thick strips.
2. Shred the meat, mix with cooking wine, a little salt and water starch, marinate for a while. Cut scallion and ginger.
3. Heat the oil in a hot pot, pour in the shredded meat and spread it. Stir fry until the shredded meat is completely white. Add chopped green onion, ginger and five spices. Stir fry until fragrant. Add dried tofu and stir fry for one minute.
4. Stir fry the fungus for one minute. Add some soy sauce and salt to taste, stir fry until the material tastes good.
