Red wine with white gourd

Before eating this, I would never have thought of making this delicious food. Many wedding parties often have an appetizer red wine melon ball, which is made of winter melon and loved by most people.

Red wine melon ball method:

1. Take the wax gourd ball with a special scoop. There is no such scoop that can be cut into pieces or strips. Take good little melon ball, one by one is quite lovely.

2. Add the sugar in the red wine, boil the sugar and let it cool. Lemon juice with a quarter lemon can be added for those who like slightly sour taste.
