Self made tea and sit on the signboard casserole

Practice:

1. Cut the brisket into small pieces, soak it in water overnight (about 5-6 hours) to soak the blood water, change the water for 1-2 times in the middle, and cut the onion into thin wires for use.

2. Put the soaked beef into the voltage pot, add a little pepper and anise, onion and ginger, yellow rice wine, raw soy sauce, water, the amount of water is no more than a little more than the beef, then select the meat, wait for the beef to be cooked and fished out, pick out the onion, ginger, anise and pepper, and stock up.

3. Select a deep soup pot, add butter, add onion, stir fry, add beef and 2 tablespoons of sauce, stir fry and mix well, then add the old soup in the pressure pot. After boiling, simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes and turn to low heat until the soup is full-bodied (about 25 minutes). Sprinkle a little pepper before leaving the pot.
