This is probably the simplest way I have done. I learned the use of pancake in mutton soup and sliced the big pancake into a bowl of simple homely lazy rice.
Practice:
1. Cut the pancake into thin silk and put it on the spoon (hedge);
2. When the soup is hot, drench it on the leaky spoon slowly while it is hot. Catch the soup with a pot and pour it twice;
3. Finally, put the shredded cake into a large bowl, pour the soup used for pouring into it, and decorate with fresh vegetables.
