The crazy history of celery, sea rice and shrimp

Haimi is another name for shrimp. The protein in shrimp is dozens of times that of fish, eggs and milk. Its meat is easily digested, and it is the best food for weak patients.

Practice:

1. Wash and cut celery into small sections. If the celery you buy is too thick, you can use a knife to separate it from the middle. The long and thin sections are easy to taste. Haimi should be soaked for a while in advance. It's better to add some cooking wine.

2. Put a small amount of oil in the wok and heat it up. Stir fry the shredded ginger first, then the sea rice, then the celery. If you blanch the celery with boiling water first, you'd better fry it for a while if you don't blanch it. Sprinkle some water in the wok.

3. Finally, stir fry the red and yellow pepper for a few times, and add salt to taste it.
