1. Slice the short Australian beef ribs, sprinkle with pepper and salt, and mix well.
2. Heat up the wok and add 2 tbsp oil.
3. Pour in beef slices and ginger, stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Cook in 1 teaspoon soy sauce and stir fry well.
5. Add in green melon strips and chili, stir fry until cooked, add garlic and salt to taste.
