Practice:
1. Frozen wild Arctic shrimps are put in the freezer to defrost naturally and then washed and dried.
2. Boil the water in a wok, put in the scallion, ginger and cooking wine, and then pour in the Arctic shrimp. When the water is boiled again, quickly remove the filtered water and put it on a plate.
3. Mix the soy sauce, sugar and half a bowl of boiling water, and pour into the basin of Arctic shrimp.
4. In addition, add some scallion and ginger, pour in hot oil.
