How to cook Crispy Tofu? This traditional method of Crispy Tofu requires not only tofu and seasonings, but also eggs, sausages, fish and so on. Today, Xiaobian will share a simple method of Crispy Tofu with you.

Simple method

1. Cut cilantro, garlic, red pepper and scallion, and cut tofu into pieces.

2. Take a bowl, add the spices in 1, and mix the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce paste, sesame oil and soy sauce to make a dip sauce.

3. Start the pot, fry the tofu until it is golden and then put it out first. When the oil temperature rises again, fry the tofu until it is crisp and fragrant on the outside. Then drain the oil and pour the sauce on it.

Traditional approach:

1. First, put the tofu on the chopping board and crush it with a knife, then use a soup basin to hold it for use; then use a knife to scrape the fresh fish out of the meat mud, chop it with a knife into antler, use a large bowl to hold it, add 3 g of refined salt and 2 g of monosodium glutamate, mix it with bamboo chopsticks and glue it to make fish glue. Sausages and fat pork are cut into fine grains; green onions are cut into green onion beads.

2. Put the fish glue, sausage, fat pork, egg white, refined salt and monosodium glutamate into the tofu basin, and mix them evenly by hand. Then add the scallion, minced fish, cornflour, orange flour, pepper, sesame oil, and mix well. Then take 4 pieces of thin fresh-keeping paper, 20cm x 20cm each, smear with crude oil, divide the tofu mud which has been mixed into 4 parts, and put them on the oiled fresh-keeping paper to smooth, smear them into a thin shape of Japanese shape, wrap them up and put them into the refrigerator to freeze until they are slightly hard.

3. Wash the stir fried tripod, heat it and put it into the crude oil. When the oil is heated to about 180 ℃, remove the paper, put the tofu on the aluminum screen, fry it in the tripod until it is golden, make it mature, then cut it and put it into the plate.
