Practice:

(1) Wash the mutton, cut it into 4cm square pieces, put it into a cold water pot (to submerge the mutton), boil it in high heat, remove the blood foam, put in Pepper noodles, refined salt, ginger powder, shrimp (cut to the end), and stew with low heat.
