1. Wash Lycium barbarum fruit.
2. Wash balsam pear, cut it in half and remove the flesh.
3. Cut balsam pear into thin slices.
4. Take a sealed box, mix honey, sugar and water together, stir with spoon until sugar dissolves.
5. Put the slice of balsam pear and wolfberry into the honey water.
6. Put the lid on and refrigerate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before taking it out for food.
