Braised sea cucumber with Bailing Mushroom

1. Wash Pleurotus nebrodensis, cook well, carve it into conch shape for use.

2. Press the living sea cucumber into a pressure cooker and drain the soup. Place it on any plate. Drain the mushrooms and broccoli in turn.
