4. Take a slightly larger pot, bring water to a boil, pour in the spare Black Pearl, bring the water to a boil again with high fire, then turn to medium fire and continue to cook for 20 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the fire and cover and simmer for 30 minutes

5. Put it into clean water and wash it until it is completely cooled and drained

6. Drop the previously boiled water into the water, replace it with fresh water and continue to boil. After the water is boiled, pour the black pearl into the water again and continue to cook for about 20 minutes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes when the time is up. Remove the black pearl and wash it in clean water until it is completely cooled. Drain the water and set aside

1. If you don't have brown sugar at home, you can also use brown sugar instead (I've tried it before, it tastes good, but the color is a little different). I use black sugar block, must be boiled to melt, if it is sugar powder students can directly take hot water to soak can melt;

2. When mixing the cassava powder, add the sugar water in several times. When it's almost ready to mix, stop. If it's too wet, add the powder.
