When chicken wings meet red wine, do you know how to make red wine chicken

Chicken wings 280g red wine 200ml

White mushroom 30g bacon 2

Onion 30g, garlic 5g

2 tbsp olive oil 20g cream

Soup 100ml thyme 1 tsp

Method:

1. Cut onion and garlic into small pieces and bacon into small pieces

2. Add a little oil into the pan and fry the crispy bacon slices over medium low heat. Set aside

3. Continue to fry chicken wings until both sides are brown and remove

4. Stir fry onion and garlic in oil pan until fragrant

5. Add red wine, stock, thyme and bay leaves to boil

6. Add chicken wings and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes

7. Add in the bacon slices and white mushroom and simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is soft and rotten

8. Take out chicken wings, white mushroom and bacon, and filter the soup

9. Add cream, salt and white pepper to the soup

10. Pour the soup on the chicken wings

Tips:

After enjoying the wine, it will volatilize the alcohol and leave the fruity flavor of the wine. It's better to replace white jade mushroom with Tricholoma. Tricholoma sells more in winter. Buy canned food in this season
