How to make beautiful wine

Ingredients: 1 plate of grapes, a little salt, a proper amount of rock sugar, 800 ml water

Use scissors to cut off the branches of grapes, clean them, and soak them in light salt water for 1 hour to drain

Put on disposable gloves, crush the grapes and bottle them, don't fill them, just 2 / 3 of them will be enough, because the grapes will rise after fermentation, and the bottle cap should not be tightly sealed, just put it on the top, because the fermentation of grapes will produce a lot of gas, so as to prevent explosion

3. On the second and third day, add rock sugar twice and mix well

4. The grapes will ferment and bubble in a week. The cover can be opened once a day to press the floating grape skin into the grape juice

5. About 10 days (the temperature will be different at different times), the main thing is that the grape skin is basically floating, and there is no bubble, which means that the first fermentation is over

6. Separate the skin core and liquor, and the liquor can be put back into the big bottle. At this time, the liquor is not very clear, and it needs to be fermented for the second time. This time, you can close the lid and let it ferment

7. The second fermentation takes about 2 months. After the second fermentation precipitation, the wine color is very clear. At this time, you can use several clean bottles to fill the bottles with clear wine liquid. The brewed wine can be drunk directly, or you can keep it in low temperature and enjoy it slowly

Cooking skills 1. You can choose rose or Kyoho for grapes. The frost on the grape skin is a natural starter, so when cleaning, you should pay attention not to wash off the frost, otherwise it will affect the fermentation. Each grape should be cut off with scissors, not picked directly, otherwise the damaged grapes will not be easy to drain when they are washed, resulting in rot when they are fermented, and the cleaned grapes must be dried;

2. When crushing grapes, you can easily remove the remaining roots, crush them and put them directly into the bottle, so as to keep the flesh pure and fresh;

3. When the temperature is too high, it is easy for grape juice to turn sour. The first and second fermentation should be adjusted according to the actual temperature;

4. Finally, the wine should be filled with small bottles. The less air in the bottle, the easier it is to keep.

Of course, everything has a limit. Although wine has high nutritional value, it contains alcohol after all. Excessive drinking will cause damage to brain cells. For this elegant and petty drink, we can drink one or two cups a day. If we are happy, we will lose a flavor. Although the wine is good, you can't drink too much!
