French red wine chicken tongue enchanting French romantic style

1. Cut onion and garlic into small pieces and bacon into small pieces

2. Add a small amount of oil into the pan, fry crispy bacon slices over medium low heat, set aside

3. Continue to fry chicken wings until both sides are brown

4. Stir fry onion and garlic in oil pan

5. Add red wine, stock, thyme and bay leaves and bring to a boil
