1. Wash the steak and dry it with kitchen paper. Evenly apply proper salt and black pepper powder or black pepper powder to the steak, and marinate for 1020 minutes (not too long, otherwise the steak will be old); after applying salt, the steak will exude water, and dry it before frying.

2.
