4. Lay the tin paper on the bottom of the baking tray, because the oil will come out during the baking process, so the tin paper should be higher. Put in ribs marinated overnight. Seal the baking tray with tin paper. Put in the preheated oven, middle layer, 135 degrees, bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes;

7. Remove the ribs, brush the sauce for a second time, and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
