Delicious and easy to cook mushroom and beef baked rice

1. Prepare required materials.

2. Dice the beef, add half a teaspoon starch, cooking wine, soy sauce and a little sugar, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, mix well and lock the water content of the beef. Then wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Shred the onions, dice the yellow peppers, and plane them into slices or filaments (use a knife if you don't have a planer).

3. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70% hot, stir fry the beef until it changes color, then dish out.

4. Leave the oil in the pan and stir fry the onion.

5. Stir fry the onion until it's soft, then add in the mushroom slices and stir fry.

6. Stir fry until Tricholoma is soft and slightly water out, then add diced yellow pepper and stir fry for several times.

7. Add in the beef and stir well.

8. Pour in rice, add some soy sauce, salt and black pepper and stir well.

9. Put the fried rice in a baking dish.

10. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, preheat the oven 200 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
