Using soymilk skillfully to make tasty soymilk pudding for dessert

In the past, I've told you a lot about the simple way to make pudding. The simplest way is to use a mouth cup to make it. Today, the same way is just to exchange the ingredients for our common soy milk.

Practice:

1. Use cold water to soak the gilding tablet. After the strawberries are cleaned and dried, break them.

3. After cooking, separate 150g of the pudding liquid, and put the remaining strawberry mud on the top of the pudding for decoration.

4. Add 150g of pudding liquid to the pot, pour in soymilk (if sugar is added, add here), heat to about 37 degrees (about the temperature of human skin) and turn off the fire.

5. Control the water content of the soft gelatin tablet and add it to step 5. Stir until the gelatin tablet melts.

6. Pour it into the pudding bottle, seal the tin paper on the bottle mouth, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. After setting, pour the remaining strawberry mud on it.
