Grilled pork ribs with vegetables and fruits

Compared with oven cooking, I usually use the oven to make snacks. Today is my first attempt, but I made a large dish, fruit, vegetable and spareribs. This method is applicable to many dishes. It must be seen clearly.

Pork ribs with fruits and vegetables

1. Put water into the pot and boil. Blanch the ribs. Remove impurities and floating powder, add ginger and scallion, pepper and star anise, and cook for 20 minutes.

2. Remove the spareribs and put them in the fresh-keeping box. Add oyster sauce, Hou Zhu sauce, Sha Cha sauce, old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, honey, minced garlic, pepper and salt. Stir to make it mixed evenly. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

3. After the ribs are marinated, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, spread a layer of tin paper on the baking plate, and then put mushrooms, onions and other side dishes cut into slices on the baking plate. Put the spareribs on the side dishes and then wrap them with tin paper. Wrap the ribs and vegetables with a whole piece of tin paper to form a tin paper bag. In this way, after baking, hold the two sides of the tin paper package, you can easily transfer the tin paper package to the plate. The purpose of the wrapping paper is to achieve the baking effect. If it is baked open, the meat will be dry and scorched. Wrapped in tin paper, the meat is tender and juicy. And the bottom layer is covered with tin paper, and the baking tray is easy to clean.)

4. Oven 200 degrees, middle, 20-30 minutes.
