Western style hamburger style nutritious breakfast

Western style breakfast is very special. Compared to our Chinese breakfast, Kwai is the most important ingredient. We use the volume diagram to make a little cheese. It's very simple and quick to cook.

1. Slice the toast into 1cm thick slices (eat the cut edge directly), and put two slices of ham on the slice.

2. Then put on the cheese and cover with another piece of toast. In a large bowl, beat the eggs to make the egg liquid; put the toast into the bowl and dip the egg liquid on both sides.

3. When the pan is hot and the oil is 60% hot, fry the toast slices in a small heat until both sides are golden yellow. Take out and suck the extra oil with kitchen paper. Cut it diagonally.
