2. Add salt pepper, pepper, soy sauce and other seasonings, then add an egg. Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the flour and starch in the proportion of 3:2 and add some water to make the flour flocculent.

4. Marinate the diced chicken leg meat and put it into the prepared flocculent flour to evenly wrap the flour. In the pot, heat the oil to 50-60% heat, and put it in one piece.
