How to share the hamburger with pure meat

Hamburger is one of their family recipes in foreign countries. Almost every family can make noodles just like ours. Today, we want to share the traditional hamburger method with European characteristics.

1. Half of the onion is cut into finely chopped pieces, which are mixed into the hamburger steak. The other half is ground into onion puree for sauce.

2. Heat and melt a small piece of cream in the pot, then pour in chopped onion and stir fry. Cool and mix well in flour.

3. Mix the bread flour and milk evenly. Mix the two kinds of mince and add salt, nutmeg and black pepper. Mix well. Then add the fried onion powder, eggs and bread flour with milk, and stir clockwise until the mixture is strong.

4. Put a little oil on your hands, squeeze out the shape of the hamburger row, pat it gently, put it on the baking paper after flattening, and put it in the refrigerator for a while.

5. Heat the pan, pour a little oil into the hamburger steak, fry for 1.5 minutes on medium heat, turn over the side and fry for another 1 minute, then turn down the heat, cover the pan and fry for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes to let the meat fully cooked.

5. Put the hamburger into the plate. If there is too much grease in the pan, pour in the wine and bring to the boil. Add the onion puree, garlic puree, soy sauce, tomato sauce, Weilin, vinegar and water. Simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce is thick. Finally, add black pepper and cream, and the sauce will be ready.
