The most magical way to mix Korean food with vermicelli

How do you make Korean noodles? Many people call it a surprise. The reason for this is that I didn't expect to be able to make such a simple delicious food, very similar to our salad fans here.

1. Soak the dried mushroom in hot water, remove the base, clean and shred; soak the black fungus in cold water, clean and shred; peel and shred the onion and carrot; wash and cut the onion and spinach into sections for standby. Shredded beef (my favorite sauce beef).

2. The vermicelli is soaked in cold water, boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes, then scooped out and immersed in clear water, and cut to about 10cm long.

3. Boil the pot with water, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, and blanch the spinach and carrot slices.

4. Put the oil in the frying pan. When the oil is hot, put the onion, mushroom and black fungus into the pan. Stir fry them over high heat. Then put them out and cool. Continue to put oil in the pot, oil a little bit more, drain the water from the powder, stir fry.

5. Mix the onion, mushroom, black fungus, beef, spinach and carrot, then mix them with salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and white sesame until they taste good.
