Stir fried rice cake

RunningMan, a South Korean variety show, recently watched, the favorite food of runner man is spicy fried rice cake. Although this fried rice cake is famous in South Korea, it's easy to make in our family. The taste is absolutely suitable for our Chinese taste.


1. Peel the shrimps, remove the head and tail, drain the shrimps' intestines, add wine, ginger juice water and raw meal, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. Wash the mushrooms and dry them. Cut the small green peppers into small circles.

2. In a hot oil pan, first put the shrimps into the pan, then fish them out after they are cooked with oil, and leave the remaining oil to put the rice cake into the quick fry.

3. Stir fry the rice cake until soft, then pour in the mushrooms and shrimps, stir well, then add some soy sauce, sugar and green pepper, stir fry until fragrant.
