Black sugar honey

Materials: 120g black sugar, 40g honey, 65g cold boiled water

Method: put the black sugar into the pot, add the cold boiled water, mix well and put the honey, boil over low heat until the black sugar and honey melt completely, then put them in the cold for standby.

Main paste

Materials: all black molasses, 130g medium flour, 35g rice flour, 35g glutinous rice flour, 7g baking powder, 3G soda powder, 3 eggs (50g / piece), 100g milk, 40g vegetable oil, a little cooked white sesame

Practice:

1. Put the medium flour, dip rice flour, glutinous rice flour, baking powder and soda powder into the container, and mix well with the spoon.

2. Sift the evenly mixed powder twice. Spread a baking paper on the bottom of the baking tray. Set aside. Add in the cool brown sugar honey.

3. Add the milk again, and use the eggbeater to stir the batter until it is in the powder free state.

4. Put in the egg, add in the vegetable oil, mix well, cover with the plastic film, and let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.

5. Allow the batter to stand, mix well with the egg beater, and pour into the baking tray.

6. Put it into a steamer with boiling water, steam it for 40 minutes in high heat, insert it with bamboo sticks, and it will be cooked thoroughly without pasted.

7. Take it out, sprinkle with white sesame, cool it and cut into pieces.
