Self made sesame candy can be kneaded

Two days ago, I went back to my hometown and brought a lot of sesame seeds. I went to my friend's blog and saw what kind of food they could make. I found that many people would make some sesame sugar with black sesame seeds. I also tried it. This may be the simplest way I have ever seen.

Practice:

1. Melt the butter into a liquid state. Pour in the sifted flour and baking soda.

2. Pour in white sesame and sugar, then black sesame.

3. Add in the egg white a little bit and knead until it becomes dough.

4. Form a long strip by hand as shown in the figure, and then put it into the refrigerator freezer for about an hour and a half, until it is frozen hard.

5. Take out the frozen dough, cut it into 0.8cm thick slices, then place it on the baking tray, put it in the preheated oven, bake it for about 20 minutes at 165 degrees, until the surface is colored, then turn off the oven, keep the biscuits in the oven for 10 minutes, and then take out.
