How can Korean pickled shrimp not drool

When I went to South Korea for a tour, I had three meals a day. I couldn't do without kimchi. I enjoyed the style of this multi kimchi, and the most brilliant one was that this Korean kimchi shrimp was very delicious, and we Chinese people could easily make its unique flavor.

Korean style pickled shrimp

Practice:

1. Remove the head and shell of shrimps, remove the sand line and wash them. Add salt, pepper and a little cooking wine and marinate them.

2. Cut Korean kimchi into small pieces, onion and garlic, and set aside.

3. Heat the pan with oil, fry the marinated shrimps until the color changes, and then set aside.

4. Heat the remaining oil again, add a little garlic and stir fry slightly, pour in the pickle section and stir fry until fragrant. Return the fried shrimps to the pot, sprinkle some chicken essence, and start the pot after the onion.
