A new way of pizza

We don't have an oven at home. We ate pizza once a while ago. I don't know why I'm so greedy these days. I want to eat pizza very much. I've found some ways to make a pan, but I don't have many ingredients. After thinking about it for a long time, I have a new way to make cake pizza.

Practice:

1. The flour, whole wheat flour and a small amount of yeast were mixed with water to form a paste the night before. The water volume was slightly higher than 1 / 3 of the flour, but it was not agglomerated at first, but it was better to be lower than 1 / 2, otherwise it would be too thin. The specific water volume was based on the different water absorption of the flour, and the formation of a thick batter was subject to visual inspection.

2. If you have olive oil, you can add a few drops. If you don't have olive oil, you can omit it. Stir the batter evenly and put it in a warm place to ferment. I put warm water in the rice cooker, then put the basin in the cooker and cover it.

3. The fermentation time in winter is not accurate. The paste volume is doubled and there are many small bubbles on the surface. I used the electric rice cooker for about an hour and took it out.

4. After adding a little salt, stir it evenly and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Do not worry about it. Take it out the next morning before use. Add a small handful of dried herbs (it's ok if you don't add them), stir it and put it aside to prepare other ingredients.

5. A little oil at the bottom of the pot. Fry the thin red intestines first. If you use the ingredients like green beans and corn, you can fry them slightly in this step.

6. After double-sided frying, it can be taken out for standby. The oil at the bottom of the pot can not be poured out, and the pancakes are directly baked. The fire power is kept to a minimum. Add the prepared batter, and then sprinkle the surface of the batter with salted egg liquid.

7. In turn fry the red sausage slices, cut the two thorns and dried tomatoes on the surface of the batter, sprinkle the ground cheese on the surface, cover the lid, and keep the small fire burning.

8. I didn't count the time. I turned to make rice wine. It was almost done. I saw that the cheese on the surface had melted. The ingredients were all cooked. Insert a toothpick into the cake to see if there was any batter on it. If not, it would be good. You can burn it a little more. It's the least fire. You can see that it won't paste if you turn it upside down.

9. Take it out when it's fully cooked. If you want to decorate it, sprinkle some freshly ground cheese on the surface.
