It turns out that Japanese pizza is fried

It's easy to make Japanese pizza this time, and the ingredients that make my heart water are the most common, such as cabbage, egg, raw soy sauce, and most importantly, noodles. The method is very simple. Let's have a look.

Fried vegetables in Japanese style

1. Wash cabbage and cut it into thin shreds, put eggs into dry flour; I made a vegetable cake with a diameter of about 15cm with about 200g flour.

2. Mix the flour and eggs into a batter without adding water. Sometimes there are a lot of unsolved flour granules in the batter. Please see the following tips for solutions.

3. Make 1 small pot of water, boil and put in noodles, cook until noodles are eight times cooked, remove and put into cold water for soaking.

4. Take another frying pan, pour a little oil into the pan. When the oil is 50% hot, put in the cut cabbage shreds.

5. After the cabbage becomes soft and transparent, drain the noodles and put them into the pot. Mix well, then pour in the soy sauce, and mix well again. Keep the heat low all the time.

6. Put all the ingredients in the pan into a round cake shape, pour in the batter, loosen the vegetables with chopsticks, make the batter penetrate into the vegetables faster, or mix the batter and ingredients well before the batter solidifies;

7. First fry one side into golden yellow, keep a small fire, after one side is solidified and firm, turn over the vegetable cake carefully, fry the other side,

8. Finally, squeeze salad dressing, seaweed and fish flower on the surface of the vegetable cake; mayonnaise, thousand island sauce and mustard (yellow ones) are all good.
