Couscous means that Middle East rice is very easy to buy in North America. The food made with it is the favorite of Arabs. This is the dish posted by a friend I saw in the post bar. That's what I found. I asked the bar owner to use some of our common millet, sorghum rice and other mixed dishes.
1. Scramble the eggs with a little salt, cut the green onion into small pieces, and then cut the hazelnut into several pieces (not too much), leaving several pieces of the most complete embellishment.
2. In a non stick pan, put a proper amount of olive oil (half a spoon to a spoon, depending on your preference), put half green onion and stir fry until fragrant, then stir fry diced carrots, about 3 or 4 minutes later, put diced celery.
3. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, then add cooked Middle East rice, add some salt, stir fry for half a minute, then add hazelnut (broken and complete), fried eggs, cumin powder, laurel powder and chili powder, stir well, put the remaining green onion before leaving the pot.
