Hot cabbage and cheese baked rice

I didn't expect the taste of spicy cabbage to match with cheese. It seems to be right.

Practice:

1. Small pieces of shiitake mushroom and chicken; rice grasps for spare, saute shiitake mushroom and chicken with olive oil, saute spicy cabbage slightly.

2. Stir in white rice and stir fry evenly. Add a little water. If there is enough hot cabbage soup, it can be seasoned without salt.

3. Pour the fried rice into the baking dish. I use glass lunch box and mozzarella cheese to cut into small pieces. Sprinkle them evenly. Bake them in the oven at 200 ℃ for about 8 minutes.
