Low sugar and oil-free lemon biscuits are full of sunshine flavor

1. Use a plane to plane some lemon chips.

2. Take 50g lemon juice and mix it with 200g water, 10g lemon chips, 500g flour, 5g yeast powder, 5g baking soda and 2 tablespoons sugar.

3. Mix the dough and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

4. Take 1 / 3 of the dough and roll it into 2mm thick skin, and poke some holes on it with a fork.

5. Press out the pattern evenly with the cookie die. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, place on the top and bake for 10 minutes.
