Nanyang cuisine with curry, potatoes and chicken

1. Stir fry ginger, garlic, onion and chili in hot pot.

2. Add in the chicken leg and stir well.

3. Add curry paste and stir fry.

4. Add in the potato and stir fry

5. Pour in chicken soup, boil until soft and rotten, then add coconut milk and salt.
