1) Wash the basil, remove the hard stem by hand, and reserve the basil leaves for use. Parmesan cheese is sliced with a spinneret.
2) Put the peeled basil leaves, parmesan cheese, pine nuts and garlic in a blender, pour in the olive oil (90ml) and beat it into the sauce,
3) Beat and season with salt and pepper. When the green sauce is ready, put it into a clean container and keep it.
4) Pour half boiling water into the pot, add 1 teaspoon salt (5g), 1 teaspoon olive oil (5ml),
5) Boil the water and put in the pasta. Cook for about 7 minutes and then remove.
6) Put olive oil in the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is 50% hot, put pasta in it,
7) Put in 4 tbsp (60ml) of green sauce at the same time, stir evenly and then out of the pot.
