Tomato sauce lasagna

1. Cut the pork into minced diced meat, mix in salt, chicken essence and pepper, add some raw powder and a little water, and then marinate it; scald the tomato in boiling water, peel and dice the skin, onion, mushroom, mozzarella cheese or dice it for standby;

2. After the pot is heated, put 1 small piece of butter to melt, pour in minced meat and stir fry until the color turns white, turn off the heat and take out for standby; continue to put another small piece of butter into the pot to melt, put in onion and stir fry twice, and then put in mushroom and stir fry for fragrance;

3. Stir fry onion and mushroom, add chopped tomato, stir fry, add about 3 tbsp (more) of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, stir fry, then add about 100ml milk to dilute the sauce, add a little salt, chicken essence, black pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and a little red wine to mix;

4. Finally, add the minced meat and stir fry it together. When you receive the soup and dry it, you can put it into the basin for use;
