Traditional way of eating pasta with olive oil and mashed garlic

1. Slice garlic, slice chili (remove seeds if it's not spicy), chop leek

2. Add olive oil into the wok, then turn on the minimum heat, stir fry garlic slices and chili slices together, and then set aside

3. Put a proper amount of cold water into a soup pot and boil it. Put a small amount of salt into the pot after the water is boiled, and then put the noodles into the pot to boil for about 6 minutes (the quality of noodles of various brands is different, and cook the noodles according to the time indicated on the noodle packaging)

4. After the noodles are cooked, drain the water and add it to the spicy garlic oil pot in practice 2 (if you like to wet it a little, you can add some water for noodles)

5. Mix noodles and chili oil evenly, sprinkle some salt, black pepper, fresh celery leaves and chopped green onion to add flavor.
