I'd like to make a fake version of the Thai curry swordfish

I like eating Thai food very much. Although it's not authentic Thai food, it's also amazing for those who eat it. I'm happy. Remember to stew the swordfish slowly until it's covered with curry juice. That's how it tastes. Add some coconut milk to make it more delicious. It's not omitted at home, but it's already delicious.

Practice:

1. After the hairtail is cleaned and rinsed, it is cut into sections and drained. Fry both sides in oil pan until golden.

2. Drain the oil and put it on the plate for later use. Add a little water to the pot and turn off the heat. Put in curry. The amount of water is better than that of hairtail.

3. Stir until the curry is completely melted. Put the fried hairtail in, simmer until the soup is thick, and wrap each hairtail with curry juice.
