First class food on the Titanic

No matter where I am, everything in first class and second class will be different. Recently I saw an article about the delicious food on the Titanic. Unfortunately, I just made one of the desserts. I want to share the method with you. The material is very simple.


1. Heat the milk and cream to 90 degrees. Pour in sugar and yolk.

2. Sieve twice. Pour in the porcelain cup and fill it up. Put it in a baking tray. Add a finger of deep water to the baking tray.

3. Up and down the stove 150 degrees, home oven can be placed on the bottom. Bake for about 30 minutes; (less in the foreground, with some sugar)

4. Sprinkle a layer of white sugar on the surface of the pudding, put it on the top of the home oven, and bake for 3 minutes. White granulated sugar is hot and half soluble, becoming crispy and tastes good.
