In fact, I seldom combine vegetable dishes with curry. This dish can be said to be the work under the experiment, but I didn't expect that the taste is really good. I concluded that there is no need for meat to make curry dishes, but onions and potatoes are essential. Without them, I can't make curry.

Curd curry method:

2. Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them, cut them into pieces, about the size of tofu, dice the onions

3. Put some oil in the pan, stir fry the onion, potatoes and carrot

4. Pour in some boiling water, put in curry pieces or curry powder, then add in half a bag of milk, boil over high heat and simmer over low heat

5. Until the potatoes are stewed and dried, you can put a little chicken powder, a little salt to taste, or you can leave it alone
