Delicious Thai chicken soup with coconut

I find that I really like to learn Thai dishes now. They all say that food has no borders. The meat of chicken is tender, tastes delicious, suitable for a variety of cooking methods, nutritious and nourishing. Chicken is not only suitable for stir fry and stew, but also suitable for cold meat.

Practice:

1. Kidney beans are cleaned and soaked in water overnight.

2. Remove the internal organs of the chicken, clean it (especially the mouth must be cleaned), then put it into the pot, add water, add some scallion and ginger, add 1 small spoon of white wine, then fire, after the water is boiled, use the spoon to continuously pour water on the chicken body, and then pour out the water and blood foam together.

4. Boil over medium heat, skim off the foam and oil on the surface of the soup, turn to the minimum heat, stew for 1.5 hours, add 1 small spoon of salt into the boiling pot, and then stew for 10 minutes to turn off the heat.
